Reviews  By Yvonne Fink from Richmond, VA Posted Oct 3, 2009 Dana booked a cruise for my sister and myself out of Miami. We were to fly Jet Blue and they canceled their flight at the last minute. Jet Blue said too bad, too sad!!!!! If I had booked the vacation on line I would not have had a human being to get in touch with. Fortunate for us Dana took command and gave us three manageable flight options. I won't even travel to Short Pump Mall with Dana from now on.
